Julius Fraley Julius Farris Fraley, 84, of Clifton, died on Wednesday, March 16, at Perry Community Hospital. He was born in Wayne County, son of the late Lora and Willis Fraley. He was united in marriage to Dean Lineberry, who survives. Mr. Fraley was a World War II Army Veteran. Services were held Friday, March 18, at the chapel of Young Funeral Home with Dennis Phillips officiating. Burial followed in the Howell-Lineberry Cemetery. In addition to his wife, Dean Fraley of Clifton, he is survived by two daughters, Glenda Ward of Linden and Jill Banks of Clifton; one brother, Kenneth Fraley and one sister Stella Blair, both of Savannah; four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by six sisters, Wilton Battles, Geneva Thompson,Claris Hardin, Willie Ann Hurst, Pearl Madlock, Nannie Holder.
