Kathleen Logue White was born on June 26, 1927, the daughter of the late Clarence and Bessie Leona Paulk Logue.

She was united in marriage to Arthur L. White, who preceded his wife in death in June of 1967.

Mrs. White retired from Hardin County General Hospital where she was a licensed practical nurse. She was a member of the American Cancer Society, Easter Seals, Special Olympics and the American Heart Association. She loved people, especially her family, her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mrs. White loved country music, gospel music and loved collecting antiques.

She departed this life on Thursday, Feb. 21, at her residence in Savannah at the age of 85 years, 7 months and 26 days.

Mrs. White is survived by her children, Daniel Albert White of Savannah and Mary Lee White Gray of Adamsville; eight grandchildren, Christy Kay Davidson, April Lee White, Charles Mack White, Jason David White, David Ryan Blaida, Miranda Lee Weeks, Megan Lynn Weeks and Mason Logan Weeks; six great-grandchildren, Steven Jacob Davidson, Jasana White, Cara Brook Davidson, Mollie White, Kayden White and Kane White; one brother, David Owen Logue of Georgia.

In addition to her parents and her husband, she was also preceded in death by one son, David Arthur White; and three brothers, Charles Logue, Robert Logue and John Maury Logue.

Services were held on Sunday, Feb. 24, at 1 p.m., at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Leon Franks officiating. Burial followed in the Neill Cemetery at Savannah.
