Larry Francis Hunt, 69, of Shiloh, died on Monday, Jan. 29, at Magnolia Regional Health Center.
He was the son of the late John C. and Mary Tacker Hunt.
Mr. Hunt was a construction worker and of Christian faith. He served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Vickie Hunt of Shiloh; son, Daniel Hunt of Elk Grove Village, Illinois; stepson, Jeffrey Henson of Corinth, Mississippi; stepdaughters, Victoria Pulley of Shiloh, Tracie Johnson of Shiloh, Kayla Leatherwood of Shiloh, Miranda Leatherwood of Michie, and Terri Eisenhut of Finger; 14 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother, James Hunt of Adamsville; and sister, Belinda Mamola of Adamsville.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, John C. Hunt, Roy Hunt and Jerry Hunt; and his sister, Doris Smith.
Memorial service was held on Wednesday, Jan. 31, at 7 p.m., at Childers Hill Pentecostal Church with Rev. Pat Terry and Justin Hill officiating.
