Larry Dean Hunt, 72, of Jackson, Tennessee, formerly of Hardin County, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 19, in Jackson, the son of the late David Lewis Hunt and Joyce White Wesson.

He retired after many years of service at Sonoco Products in Jackson.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Martha Ford Hunt; daughter, Tammy Rene Hunt; parents, David Lewis Hunt and Joyce White Wesson; brother, Davy Hunt; and grandson, Jaden Tunis.

He is survived by his wife, Rose Harper Hunt; siblings, Travis Hunt, Gary Hunt and Angela Wesson; his stepchildren, Melinda Fowler and James Dabbs; stepfather, Clarence Wesson; several stepgrandchildren; and several stepgreat-grandchildren.

A graveside service was held on Friday, Dec. 22, at Beech Bluff Cemetery in Jackson.
