Lillian Shaw, 89, died on Thursday, Dec. 12, in Savannah. She was united in marriage to David Paulk Shaw, who preceded her in death. Mrs. Shaw was born in Obion County, the daughter of the late Odie B. and Nell Ferguson Stover.
She retired from Tennessee Department of Human Services and was a member of First Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Savannah.
She is survived by a daughter, Libby Butler of Indianapolis, Ind.
In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Shaw was preceded in death by three sons, David Shaw Jr., Bill Shaw and Sam Shaw; a brother, Odie B. Stover Jr.; and a sister, Edna Morgan.
Services were held on Sunday, Dec. 15, in Savannah with Helen Hamilton officiating. Burial followed at the Savannah Cemetery in Savannah.
