Mary Ann Hindman

Mary Ann Hindman, of Counce, was born in Tishomingo, Miss., on June 23, 1949, the daughter of the late Willie Bailey and Sammie Dee Morris Forsythe.

On June 10, 1966, she was united in marriage to James Hobert Hindman, who survives.

Mrs. Hindman was an insurance representative for Magnolia Regional Health Center for 32 -1/2 years. She was a member of Pisgah United Methodist Church where she was the song leader. Mrs. Hindman loved shopping, riding motorcycles and spending time with her family and friends.

She departed this life on April 2, at her residence in Counce, at the age of 61 years, 9 months and 10 days.

In addition to her husband James Hobert of Counce, she is survived by one son, James Chadwick (Chad) Hindman of Michie; two grandchildren, Seth Hindman and Elizabeth Hindman, both of Glen, Miss.; two sisters, Linda Austin of Counce and Dee Morris of Michie; one brother, Bobby Forsythe of Michie.

Services were held on Monday, April 4, at 1 p.m., at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Dick Haley, Vernell Sowell officiating. Burial will follow in the Pisgah Cemetery at Shiloh.
