Mildred Lucille Kindrick Dec. 31, 1911-March 4, 2011 Mildred Lucille Kindrick, age 99, of Adamsville, departed at the home of her daughter, Martha Coln, where she lived. She was preceded in death by her husband, Sammie B. Kindrick. They were united for 63 years. She was also preceded in death by two daughters, Agnes Kindrick, Nellie Carter; one brother, John Cross; and seven grand and great-grandchildren. Mrs. Kindrick was a homemaker, a great Mom and also a great Mamo. We all loved her greatly. She loved us too. She is survived by six sons, JW Kindrick, Charles Kindrick, Tommy Kindrick, all of Covington, Alvin Kindrick of Burlison, Gene Kindrick of Medina, James Kindrick of Savannah; five daughters, Martha Coln of Adamsville, Fay Shankle of Covington, Mildred Tacker of Stantonville, Betty J Coln of Shiloh, Kathleen Roberts of Bemis; one brother, Charlie Cross of Covington; 41 grandchildren and numerous great-great-grandchildren. Services were held at Covington Funeral Home by Rev. John Sherrod on March 6, at 2 p.m. Burial was in Townsend Cemetery.
