Nancy Hamilton (1-29-19) service 2-1-19

Nancy Jane Hamilton, 70, of Memphis, formerly of Savannah, died on Tuesday, Jan. 29.

She was born in Hardin County, the daughter of the late Jones and Zella Brooks McFall. She was united in marriage to Charles Henry Hamilton, who survives.

Mrs. Hamilton was a member of Whitehaven Baptist Church and her local Order of the Eastern Star, where she was a lesson leader. She was a nurse for Delta Medical Center for 10 years.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Henry Hamilton of Memphis; a son, Charles Robert Hamilton of Sunburst, Montana; a daughter, Elizabeth Marie Hamilton; and one grandchild.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, David Eugene Carroll.

A graveside service was held on Friday, Feb. 1, at Memory Gardens in Savannah with Brent Colley officiating.
