Patricia Franks Patricia Shiver Franks, 45, of Savannah, died Monday, Aug. 2, in Savannah. She was born in Jackson, Tenn., the daughter of Jack Benny Shiver Sr. and Kathryn Morris Shiver. Ms. Franks was a dental assistant for Dr. Robert Thomas. Services were held on Wednesday, Aug. 11, at Savannah Church of Christ in Savannah with Lance Foster officiating. She is survived by one son, O’Neal Franks of Savannah; her mother, Kathy Shiver of Savannah; her father, Jack Shiver Sr. of Savannah; two brothers, Jack Shiver Jr. of Savannah and Kelly Shiver of Fairview, Tenn.
