Patricia Smith (12-11-18)

Patricia Ann Smith, age 79, died Tuesday, Dec. 11, at NHC Healthcare in Springfield, Tennessee.

Ms. Smith was born June 18, 1939, in Westerville, Ohio, the daughter of the late James and Wilma Fuller.

Ms. Smith is survived by her daughter, Debbie Barker (Vince) of Portland, Tennessee; two sons, Jerry D. Smith (Mariah) of Jackson, Tennessee and Kenneth “Randy” Smith of Corbin, Kentucky; a sister, Jeannie Myers of Hillyard, Ohio; five grandchildren, Nick Smith, Alissa McGinley, Sam Smith, Taylor Wright and Seth Barker; and three great-grandchildren, Sam, Charlie and Maddie McGinley.

Along with her parents, Ms. Smith was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth D. Smith; and two sisters, Sally Ferguson and Gerry Sue Bushman.

The family has chosen cremation with memorial services to be scheduled at a later date. Gilbert Funeral Home in Portland, Tennessee is honored to be handling the arrangements.
