Patsy Ruth Hill Patsy Ruth Hill, 57, of Adamsville, died Tuesday, Sept. 11, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital, Jackson, Tenn. Services were held Friday, Sept. 14, at Shackelford Funeral Directors Selmer with W.D. McCollum officiating. Burial followed in Beauty Hill Cemetery, Bethel Springs. Ms. Hill was a member of the Christian Assembly Pentecostal Church in Adamsville. She is survived by a son, Paul Kirk of Ramer; sister, Patricia Griswell of Adamsville; brothers, Neal of Lewisburg, Tenn., Rickey of Chapel Hill, Tenn. and Roy Hill of Selmer; and two grandchildren.
