Paul Kemp (11-24-23) service 11-27-23

Paul Kemp, 80, of Adamsville, passed away on Friday, Nov. 24, the son of the late Austin and Elzie Griffin Kemp.

He was united in marriage to Maxine Brumley, who survives.

For 58 years, Mr. Kemp owned Kemp’s Tack Shop and Lawn Mower Service.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Maxine Kemp; daughter, Mitzi Rabb; son, Stacey Kemp; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and sisters, Shelia Lowden, Linda Harville and Patricia Smothers.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Glendon Kemp Sr.; sister, Saundra Burkeen; and an infant sister, Virginia Kemp.

Memorial services were held on Monday, Nov. 27, at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Adamsville, with Bro. Phil Mitchell and Joe Cole officiating. Burial followed at Bethlehem Cemetery in Crump.
