Rachel Busse (1-9-24) service 1-13-24

Rachel Leah Williams Busse, 52, of Starkville, Mississippi, passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 9, the daughter of Shad and Sheila Williams. She passed peacefully from the presence of her family into the presence of Jesus.

She was employed as a trauma technician in the emergency room at Baptist Memorial Golden Triangle Hospital in Columbus, Mississippi.

For 22 months, she fought a courageous battle against breast cancer and lung disease.

In addition to her parents she is survived by her brother, Michael Williams; partner, Matthew McDowell; her children, Lane Busse Perdue, Shadden Busse,and Olivia Busse.

Any memorials, in lieu of flowers, should be sent to Sharon Baptist Church in Honor of Rachel Leah Williams Busse, 3514 Cravens Road, Savannah, TN 38372.

Memorial services were held on Saturday, Jan. 13, at Sharon Baptist Church in Savannah, with Eric Smith officiating. Burial followed at Adamsville Cemetery in Adamsville.
