Randy Troxel Randy Troxel, 60, of Counce, died Friday, Jan. 14. He was born in Lafayette, Ind., the son of Wilburn Troxel and Margaret Pepper Bray Troxel. Mr. Troxel was laborer and machine operator for Johnson Sod Farm for 10 years. No services were held. In addition to his parents, Wilburn and Margaret Troxel, he is survived by a daughter, Randi Michelle Troxel of Austin, Texas; two sisters, Francise Lauen of Vidor, Texas and Tina Shelton of Washington.
