Robbie Nell Bevis White (6-23-12) service 6-26-12

Robbie Nell Bevis White was born in Hardin County, on Feb. 1, 1940, the daughter of the late Walter Carl and Edith Marie Cossey Bevis.

On Nov. 12, 1955, she was united in marriage to Charles Oliver White Jr., who preceded his wife in death on Dec. 4, 2005.

Robbie was a homemaker and was a member of Olivet Pentecostal Church. She enjoyed fishing, going to yard sales and collecting angels.

Robbie departed this life on June 23, in Savannah, at the age of 72 years, 4 months and 22 days.

She is survived by one son, W.C. White and his wife Kay of Savannah; two grandchildren, Scottie White and Tim White.

Services were held on Tuesday, June 26, at 3 p.m., at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with David Highland and David Dowdy officiating. Burial followed in the Memory Gardens at Savannah.
