Ronnie Glenn Wright departed this life on Thursday, Jan. 2, at the age of 63 years, 8 months and 27 days.He was born in Hardin County on April 6, 1956, the son of the late J.C. and Estell Williams Wright. On May 11, 1984, he was united in marriage to Mattie King, who survives.
Ronnie Glenn enjoyed raising German Shepherds. He loved old trucks, Harley Davidson motorcycles and racing.
In addition to his wife, Mattie of Savannah, Ronnie Glenn is survived by his children, Ronnie Dale Wright, Shannon Wright, both of Savannah, John Crotts and his wife Melissa of Selmer and Adam Elijah Crotts of Savannah; 15 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a brother, David Wright and his wife Sammie of Adamsville.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Tommy Wright and James Wright; and his sisters, Linda Wright and Becky Fox.
Services were held on Saturday, Jan. 4, at 3 p.m., at Souls Harbor Church in Savannah with Darrell Moffett officiating. Burial followed in Savannah Cemetery at Savannah.
