Sharon J. Daniel departed this life on Thursday, March 28, at the age of 61 years, 2 months, 28 days.

She was born in Savannah, on Dec. 30, 1951, the daughter of Walton Curtis Hosea and the late Mattie Etta Tidwell Hosea. On Nov. 26, 1970, she was united in marriage to Ronald Daniel, who survives.

Sharon had worked as an office manager for Dr. Matt Johnson’s office at Magnolia Regional Hospital. She was a member of Campground United Methodist Church, and loved being with her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Ronald Daniel of Savannah; son, Ronald Daniel II of Savannah; daughter, Amanda Daniel of Nashville; father, Walton Curtis Hosea of Savannah; brother, Donny Hosea of Savannah; grandchildren, Kallie and Wade Daniel, both of Savannah.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, William Luther and Birdy Irene Hosea, Johnny Bannister and Mary Etta Tidwell.

Services were held on Saturday, March 30, at 11 p.m. at Campground United Methodist Church in Hardin County with Ron Jones officiating. Burial followed in the Campground Cemetery at Hardin County.
