Shirley Ferrell

Shirley F. Ferrell, 74, of Tullahoma, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, July 28, at NHC . Shirley was a Tennessee native, born Shirley Fay Falls on June 4, 1950, in Savannah, Tennessee.
She married her childhood sweetheart, Franklin Ferrell, also of that area. Shirley relocated to the Clearwater-St. Pete area of Florida, where she was active in the restaurant and hospitality industry for several years.
She later migrated back to Tennessee and into the Tullahoma area where she set up and operated a popular sewing and alteration business and became a premier seamstress of the middle Tennessee area. Many of her customers became the loyal and loving friends they are today. She will be greatly missed.
Shirley was preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Bryant; her father, Wilbert Falls; and sister, Betty Falls, all of the Savannah, Tennessee area.
She is survived by a sister, Glenda Piazza of the Morris Chapel area; as well as nephews, Marty Bolton and Tracy Bolton; grandniece, Chandler, and grandnephew, Addison Bolton. Shirley is also survived by her long-time partner and companion, Bob McGonigal of Tullahoma, Tennessee.
