Stacy L. Durham

Stacy L. Durham was born in Hardin County on Oct. 31, 1970, the son of Donnie Lee Durham and Lynn Vandiver Worley.

Stacy was a life long Hardin Countian and had worked for PCA for nine years. He liked to do mechanical work on his 4-wheeler and drive his truck "Lightening." Stacy enjoyed guns, working, being with his son, his family and his friends.

Stacy departed this life on Thursday, Oct. 21, at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville, at the age of 39 years, 11 months, 21 days.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a son, Cade Durham of Savannah; a sister, Mandy Reed of South Carolina; three brothers, Michael Jackson and Chris Jackson, both of Savannah, Chip Worley of Booneville, Miss.; grandmothers, Pearlee Durham and Mildred Worley both of Savannah; special friends, Kristy Jackson, Kelly Young, Mark King, Stacy Williams, Joby McCoy.

Stacy was preceded in death by his grandparents, Luther Durham, Alvie and Mildred Vandiver; step-father, Bobby Worley; step-grandparent, Jolly Worley.

Services were held on Sunday, Oct. 24, at 1:30 p.m., at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Harry Nolen officiating. Burial was in the Memory Gardens at Savannah.
