Streetie Hutchinson Morris, 59, of Savannah, died on Tuesday, Dec. 28, in Florence, Alabama.
She was born in Savannah, the daughter of Dottie McCaleb Hutchinson and the late Jon Hutchinson. She was united in marriage to Donald Ray Morris, who survives.
Mrs. Morris was a member of Eureka United Methodist Church in Savannah. She worked as a nurse at Methodist North Hospital in Memphis, as director of nursing at Park Rest Nursing Home in Savannah and as a nurse, wrangler, and counselor at Camp Soaring Hawk in Purdy, Missouri.
She is survived by her husband, Donald Ray Morris; step-son, Bradley Morris; mother, Dottie McCaleb Hutchinson; sisters, Carole Hunt and Joni Shank; four step grandchildren; a niece; and four nephews.
Services were held on Friday, Dec. 31, at Eureka United Methodist Church in Savannah with Dennis Usner officiating. Burial followed in Savannah Cemetery.
