Sue Cagle (12-29-13) No service

Sue T. Cagle departed this life on Sunday, Dec. 29, at the age of 69 years, 9 months, 16 days. She was born in Hardin County on March 13, 1944, the daughter of the late Ernest and Dorthy Qualls Thacker.

Sue retired after 20 years from South Central Bell, which later became Bell South, as a service representative. She also worked at Super D as a Pharmacist Assistant. Sue was a member of New Harmony Baptist Church and an honorary member of the Hardin County District 4 Fire Department.

She loved purple, collecting purple glass and snowmen. She was a Godly and praying woman; she loved her family and took care of them all.

Sue is survived by her husband, Nickie L. Cagle of Savannah. They were to celebrate 50 years of marriage January 17. She is also survived by a son, Shane G. Cagle of Savannah; a brother, Ernest Thacker, Jr. and wife Mary of Clifton; sisters, Judy Ward
and husband Gary of Clifton and Sherry Byrd and husband Larry of Savannah; three step-grandchildren; two great-step grandchildren; nieces and nephews; great nieces and great nephews; and a little dog, Iz.
