Tig Cagle Burnace "Tig" Cagle, 98, of Lawrenceburg, Tenn., died Friday, Oct. 8. He was born in Hardin County, the son of the late Lloyd Hasson and Carrie Finley Turner Cagle. He was united in marriage to Mable Whitlow, who preceded him in death. Mr. Cagle was a farmer and a member of the East End United Methodist Church of Savannah. Services were held on Sunday, Oct. 10, at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Mary Foote officiating. Burial was in the New Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery at Hardin County. He is survived by a son, David Cagle of Savannah; a daughter, Sharon Counce of Lawrenceburg, Tenn.; four grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; a sister, Grace Holt of Savannah. He was also preceded in death by four brothers, William Herman, Robert, Otis and Lloyd Hasson Cagle Jr.; three sisters, Ruth Delaney, Kate Blackwelder and Eunice Haggard.
