Alta Mae Stricklin , 87, of Savannah, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 2. She is the daughter of the late Walter Lee and Bertha Mae Brown Stricklin.
Ms. Stricklin was a member of the FCE Club and Abrams Chapel Church in Savannah.
She is survived by her brother, Jerry Walter Stricklin of Savannah; and sister, Linda Jane Abrams of Savannah.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Lonnie Ray Stricklin.
Services were held on Wednesday Oct. 5, at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Savannah, with Herman Glen Franks and Brent Sanders officiating. Burial followed at Petty Branch Cemetery in Savannah.
