Bobby Wesson (3-25-23) service 3-27-23

Bobby Dan Wesson, 83, of Savannah, passed away on Saturday, March 25, the son of the late Elmer and Kathleen Banks Wesson.

Mr. Wesson was self employed in the concrete business and was of Christian belief.

He is survived by his life partner, Emma Pipes of Savannah; sons, Danny Wesson of Caruthersville, Missouri , and Bobby Dan Wesson Jr. of Macon, Georgia; daughter, Candy White of Collinsville, Alabama; sister, Barbara McConald of Savannah; brother, Jimmy Wesson of Columbia, Tennessee; 10 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughters, Janet A. Pipes and Susan Wesson; brothers, Douglas Wesson, Kenneth Wesson, Donny Wesson and Billy Wesson; and sister, Maudie Wesson.

Memorial services were held on Monday, March 27, at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Savannah, with James Fitts officiating. Burial followed at Shady Hill Cemetery in Savannah.
