Brenda J. Hughes, 70, of Savannah, passed away on Friday, April 21, at Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth, Mississippi. She was born Oct. 2, 1952, in Memphis, Tennessee, to Blake Johnson and Clarice Rogers Johnson.
Mrs. Hughes was of the Christian faith and was a hairdresser. She enjoyed yard work and working in her flowers. She loved her dogs and being at home.
She is survived by her husband of 47 years, William Hughes; other relatives and a host of friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Blake Johnson; her mother, Clarice Rogers Johnson; and her brother, Roger Johnson.
