Christeen Talley (5-25-23) service 5-28-23

Christeen Talley, 90, of Savannah, passed away on Thursday, May 25, the daughter of the late Bid and Charlcie Johnson Kilburn.

She was united in marriage to Max L. Talley, who preceded his wife in death.

Mrs. Talley worked for Brown Shoe Company on the production line.

She is survived by her four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and sisters, Peggy Lowe of South Bend, Indiana, and Laverne Morris of Lutts, Tennessee.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Kenne Talley; sisters, Earline Robbins, Irene Foust, Daurshie Harrison and Lossie Morris; and brothers, Bud Kilburn and Verlin Kilburn.

Memorial services were held on Sunday, May 28, at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Savannah, with Shayne Riley officiating. Burial followed at Savannah Cemetery in Savannah.
