Denise Ray Uhrich Franks, 57, of Michie, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 6. She was born in Des Plaines, Illinois, on Nov. 1, 1965, the daughter of the late Murray Uhrich and Betty Sue Britton.

She is survived by her significant other of 30 plus years, Robert Ray Keele; daughter Tosha Franks (Wesley); sons, Michael Franks, Timothy Franks (Jennifer) and James Franks; grandchildren, Madison Ann Logan, and McKenzie Rayne Franks; brother, James Brasher (Nancy); sister, Terry Peto Sparadling (Bill); sister-in-law, Martha Robertson Brasher (Lash); nieces, Marie Pittman (Doug), Melissa Kawaguchi, Amanda Lukaszczyk (Andy); and great-niece Marki Zoe Hardy (Kyle).

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Lash Larue Brasher.

Family requests memorial donations be made in the memory of Denise Franks, in care of Tosha Franks, at any local CB & S Bank branch.
