Janette Brewer (5-23-23) service 5-26-23

Janette Brewer, 73, of Savannah, passed away on Friday, May 20, the daughter of the late Hershel Ray and Bernice Stanfill Brewer.

Ms. Brewer played basketball in high school and later in college at Union University. She graduated from University of Tennessee in Martin and went on to coach basketball and other sports in her teaching profession. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Savannah.

She is survived by her son, Jon Booth of Lewisville, Texas; sister, Doris Perkins of Adamsville;and two grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Janette was preceded in death by her twin sister, Annette Brewer; and brother, Rusty Brewer.

Private graveside services were held on Friday,May 26, at Graham Cemetery in Savannah, with Brent Colley officiating. Burial followed at Graham Cemetery in Savannah.
