J.C. Wilkerson, 80, of Savannah, passed away on Friday, Dec. 8, the son of the late Icie Wilkerson Leonard.
Mr. Wilkerson honorably served his country in the U.S. Army in Vietnam.
He is survived by his fiancee; brother, Charles Leonard; and sisters, Pearl Heltsley, Patrica Parton, Marie Spiller, Wilma Gill and Linda Vandiver.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his stepfather, Shelby L. Leonard; and his siblings, Johnny, Shelby Edward, James Earl and Icie Faye.
A graveside service was hel on Monday, Dec. 18, at Graham Cemetery in Savannah, with Gilbert Gough officiating.
