Reece Bennett Stricklin, 70, of Savannah, passed away on Wednesday Sept. 20, the son of the late Simon and Linnie Wilkerson Stricklin.
He was united in marriage to Debra Yvette White, who survives.
Mr. Stricklin retired after 50 years working as a diesel mechanic.
In addition to his wife of 46 years, Debra Stricklin, he is survived by his son, Brian Bennett Stricklin; four grandchildren; and sister, Martha Stanford.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Margaret Stanfill; and brothers, Odell, Floyd and Jay C. Stricklin.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, Sept. 24, at Memory Gardens in Savannah, with Jody Copeland officiating.
