Ruby Faye Freeman Beck-Winters, 87, of Counce, passed away on Monday, March 20, in Corinth, Mississippi. She was born in Hardin County, on Sept. 17, 1935, the daughter of the late Willie and Alice (Daisy) Jenkins Freeman.

She was united in marriage to Jerry Beck, who preceded his wife in death on June 4, 1998. On Jan. 9, 2002, she was united in marriage to Louie Albert Winters, who preceded her in death on Aug. 30, 2016.

Mrs. Beck-Winters worked as a custodian for Aqua Glass. She was a member of Center Hill Baptist Church, where she was a Sunday school teacher and played the piano for many years. She was also instrumental in the building of Bruton Branch Baptist Church. She enjoyed going to church at Center Hill Baptist Church. In her spare time she enjoyed playing the piano, mowing the yard, eating good food, being a care giver to her relatives, and spending time with family, especially during the holidays.

She is survived by her children, Wayne Beck and his wife Lisa, and Joyce Park; grandchildren, Daltrey Park and his wife Bridgett, Wesley Park and his wife Brittany, and April Park King and her husband Shane; great-grandchildren, Caden, Maggie, Ethan, Beck, Eli and Greyson; and her extended family, Marissa Dicus and her husband Brett, Robert Blaylock and John Davis.

In addition to her parents, Willie and Alice (Daisy) Freeman, husband, Jerry Beck, and husband, Louie Winters, she was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Kenneth Park; great-grandchild, Riley Park; and brothers, Ray and Billy Freeman.

Memorial services were held on Sunday, March 26, at Center Hill Baptist Church in Counce, with Mr. Keith Driskell officiating. Burial followed at Center Hill Cemetery in Counce.
