Sherry Florence (2-18-23) no service date

Sherry J. Florence, 59, of Savannah, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 18, the daughter of the late Raymond Udell and Carrie Mae Price Pipes.

She was united in marriage to Steve Florence, who survives.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Terry W. Smith, Michael S. Smith, Glen M. Smith and Joey A. Smith, all of Savannah; brothers, Bobby E. Pipes, James E. Pipes, Tommy R. Pipes and Troy D. Pipes, all of Savannah; sisters, Teresa D. Born, Tanya L. Ferrell and Mary Jo Pipes, all of Savannah; as well as a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one grandchild.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
